Join Yoga Cville for a Rope Wall Yoga Workshop. We’ll use the yoga wall to explore familiar poses and allow you to add different actions to your practice. You’ll love how the rope wall lengthens the spine and opens up the joints with the body's weight. You can go deeper in other poses like backbends or rope-supported inversions with support from the ropes.
