Intro to Iyengar Yoga

Join us at Yoga Cville for a fun introductory series where you can discover the amazing benefits of yoga in a warm and welcoming small group setting! Our classes will be held in-person at our beautiful studio, and we can't wait to see you there!

We’ll play with various props that will make it easier for your body to understand the actions of the poses. Plus, we'll focus on alignment and show you how yoga can help you build strength and flexibility in a gentle way.

You'll have the opportunity to explore the Iyengar Yoga style, learning correct alignment while experimenting with props that add to your practice. This class is perfect for everyone, regardless of age or ability!
